Staggered seating or V-seat is where the seats on a roller coaster's train have an arrow-shaped layout. It is intended to give more a riders a better view. The first coaster ever to use this type of seating is Behemoth at Canada's Wonderland. The second coaster ever to use this is Diamondback at Kings Island.

Currently, Behemoth at Canada's Wonderland and Diamondback at Kings Island are the only Bolliger & Mabillard roller coasters to use this arrangement.
Skyrush at Hersheypark is the first roller coaster to use winged seats, a staggered sit down-floorless hybrid.
The standard cars for their Giant Inverted Boomerang model use staggered seating.
